As part of the activities of the First Karbala Scholars Conference, Assistant Professor Dr Anmar Fahad Deikan, a faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at the College of Engineering – University of Karbala, achieved two distinguished awards, reflecting the high level of competence and scientific excellence possessed by university professors.
Dr. Deikan secured the fourth position among the winners of the Karbala Scholars Award, which is granted in recognition of outstanding research and scientific efforts. He also ranked first in the study on managing mega-millennial crowds in appreciation of his distinguished academic contributions in this vital area, which holds particular significance in the holy city of Karbala.
The conference saw the participation of a distinguished group of professors and researchers from various academic disciplines in Karbala, aiming to highlight the creative scientific talents and promote their role in serving the community.
